𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are hiring a US Bookkeeping associate for one of our esteemed clients in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records aligned with US accounting standards.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with US bookkeeping standards.

 • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

 • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports periodically.

 • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

 • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely completion of accounting tasks.

 • Communicate effectively with US-based clients and teams during night shift operations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline(MBA with finance).

• Freshers with good knowledge of accounting and finance can also apply

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (preferably with US clients).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work on night shifts (to align with US business hours).
