Support / Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Provide after-sales commissioning support for supplied instruments.
• Offer installation guidance and basic troubleshooting during product trials.
• Assist in product launches and customer familiarization of new instruments.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to provide technical support during product pitches.
• Maintain hands-on expertise in operating various electronic and testing instruments.

Products / Instruments Exposure (Preferred):

• OTDR, Optical Power Meter, Optical Light Source, Splicing Machine
• Telecom TDR, Underground Locating & Cable Fault Locator
• RFID Marker and Marker Locator
• Water Monitoring & Leakage Detection Systems
• Thermal Cameras, Borescopes, NDT Instruments

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge in

  Electronics & Instrumentation

• Excellent product demonstration & presentation skills
• Hands-on experience with relevant equipment
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel for field assignments

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Male candidate, aged between

  25 to 34 years

• Native of Mumbai or willing to relocate to

  Navi Mumbai

• Prior experience in

  Technical Support / Service / Application Engineering

  roles in similar industry
