Looking For M&A(Core Investment Banking),Front end only

Experience- 3- 8 years

Location- Mumbai/Gurgaon

Induan practice only (from Consumer,Fintech,Startup sectors)
Advising clients on fundraising & mergers & acquisitions
End to End Excution of deals
Responsible for bottom-up development of the consumer vertical through trend identification, market analysis, competitive landscaping, thesis building on key sub-sectors, & prospect evaluation & sourcing strategies (M&A, fund raise); SPOC for the vertical
Involved in marketing & engagement strategies
