Kailash Hospital & Heart Institute is urgently hiring for MT - Discharge for Noida Sector 27 Location.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare discharge summaries for patients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of medical information.
Conduct thorough medical summarization of patient records to facilitate smooth handovers between healthcare providers.
Provide high-quality medical transcription services, adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication during patient care transitions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data with professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Medical Summarization, Medical Transcriptionist (MT), or related fields.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
Excellent English writing skills for clear documentation of patient information.
Ability to work independently from home office setup with minimal supervision.
