Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver
training programs
on asset management processes.
Create and maintain
training materials, manuals, and SOPs
.
Conduct
workshops, hands-on sessions, and e-learning modules
for employees.
Assess
training effectiveness
through tests, feedback, and performance tracking.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of
asset lifecycle management, accounting standards, and ERP systems
.
Collaborate with process owners to
update SOPs, policies, and compliance guidelines
.
Provide
coaching and guidance
to team members on complex asset transactions.
Monitor process adherence and help
reduce errors and improve efficiency
.
Support
internal and external audits
related to asset management.
Communicate process updates and best practices to
relevant stakeholders
.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree
3–5 years in
asset management, finance operations, or accounting
, with 2 years in
training or process improvement
.
Strong knowledge of
asset lifecycle, compliance, and ERP systems
.
