Job Description

Role Objective

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional BTL Marketing Operations Manager to oversee below-the-line marketing activities across designated regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and regional targets.
Plan and implement below-the-line marketing activities such as events, activations, sponsorships, and partnerships within the assigned region.
Collaborate with the central marketing team to localize and adapt national or global marketing campaigns for regional relevance.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for regional BTL marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.
Identify and negotiate partnerships with local vendors, agencies, and suppliers to execute BTL campaigns efficiently.
Monitor and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations.
Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all BTL marketing activities.
