Position : Assistant Manager Experience : 4+ Years Job Description : - Prepare and execute technical and behavioural orientation programs according to DGT syllabus - Prepare students for ITI examination and clearance in 1st attempt - Counselling and mentoring Student Trainees during CRT and OJT - Developing the training content as per instructional design - ST engagement activities during CRT and OJT Overall responsible for Students onboarding, retention and stipend and clearance formalities. Specific Functional Skills Required : Good in Microsoft office (Excellent excel skills, Word ,Powerpoint presentation etc). Proficient in english communication (Written and Verbal), Desired Personal Attributes : Proactive, Good Planner & Coordinator , Energetic, Team bonding skills, Analytical, Adaptability to Work Culture, An Ability & Willingness to Learn.
