Urgent requirement of Industrial Electrician Trainer at Belur, West Bengal Location

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on:
• Electrical wiring and systems
• Electrical machinery and tools
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment
• Safety procedures and first aid related to electrical work
• Use modern training tools, simulators, and practical kits to ensure skill-based learning.
• Assess trainees through assignments, practicals, and exams as per prescribed curriculum.
• Maintain training records, student attendance, and performance data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Minimum)

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience in electrical systems
• At least 1 years of experience in teaching/training in a similar role (Preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong practical knowledge of industrial electrical systems and safety practices
• Ability to use tools and instruments used in industrial electrical work
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Patience and enthusiasm for teaching
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, presentations, LMS usage)
