Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for software applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues via email, phone, or support tickets.
Analyze and replicate reported problems; identify root causes.
Work with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
Assist in software maintenance tasks like patches, updates, or configuration adjustments.
Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation.
Participate in on-call support rotations

Technical Skills:

Good understanding of software products, web technologies, and operating systems.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging tools.
Knowledge of MSoffice, Excel.
Comfortable with Windows environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho Mail). Indeed

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills verbal and written.
Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tickets.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
