Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager located in Gonda. The role involves managing and growing customer relationships, identifying housing loan needs of customers, and providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, participating in community outreach, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the branch team to drive business growth and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, specifically in housing finance or financial products
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Experience with community outreach and customer engagement
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
