Job Description

Urgent Required Sales Manager in MNC for Chakan Pune location.

Required Qualification: BE/MBA

Required Experience: 7 Yrs. to 11Yrs.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for switchgear products, including identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as electrical contractors, industrial clients, power utilities, and OEMs.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to customers, assisting with product selection and addressing their inquiries.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training to ensure sales goals are achieved.
Sales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including pipeline management and forecasting.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present competitive bids and proposals for large projects, including technical specifications and pricing.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of switchgear products and their applications to effectively address customer needs.
