Managing a team of QC Engineers and QC Technicians to meet Quality Control requirements of the project.
Coordinating with different functions such as Planning, Finance, Design, Construction, and Safety to develop QC action plans and processes.
Collaborating with the Client and Consultant via Meetings and Audits to ensure QC activities meet the desired customer expectations.
Training QC Staff in best practices, processes and methodologies corresponding to various construction activities.
Establishing Quality Control process flows by developing Inspection and Test Plans to ascertain Quality conformance of various construction activities.
Identifying and inspecting material sources for the project by performing market research and factory visits with Client and Consultant.
Managing QC Resources, Lab Equipment, and associated documentation for continued efficient functioning of Quality Control Testing and Inspections.
Overseeing internal and external audits and ensuring implementation of compliance measures for quality conformance.
Interfacing and coordinating with Third Party Laboratories/Agencies for Quality Control Testing and Inspections.
Should be a B Tech Civil graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in quality control with metro / building projects exposure
