Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  Conduct proactive prospecting, discovery calls, and presentations to understand client needs and showcase the value of Risebirds platform.

• Sales Cycle Management

  Follow up on inbound/outbound leads, negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Collaborative Strategy

  Partner with marketing to refine lead generation tactics; align with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and experience.

• Market Insight & Feedback

  Gather and relay client feedback, competitor insights, and market trends to influence product improvement and marketing direction.
