Job Description

Experienced or Freshers are required but NISM should be qualified.

Mandatory Certification

Required:
NISM XA & XB
If Pending:
Must possess at least one of the following NISM XA, NISM XB, NISM Level VIII (8), or NISM VA (5A)
Candidates without NISM certification may also be considered
if
they have prior tele-sales experience
and
a strong understanding of the mutual funds market and services.

Skills & Competencies

Communication:

Proficient in English (B1+ level) and Hindi

Technical Skills:

Typing speed: 20 WPM with at least 80% accuracy
Proficient in MS Office and internet applications

Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of banking, finance, and insurance products
Knowledge of mutual funds

Sales Orientation:

Comfortable working as an advisor
Willing to actively promote and sell product offerings and services
