Skill Set: a proactive, strategic, and culturally sharp Social Media Manager to own and drive digital presence for our brands.

Youll work closely with the founder and creative teams to build calendars, lead storytelling, and grow engagement across platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars for multiple brands concept to execution
• Craft compelling captions and content that align with each brands tone
• Work with designers, content creators, and videographers to bring ideas to life
• Lead social media shoots concept briefing, planning, on-ground execution
• Stay ahead of trends, audio, formats, and emerging features on Instagram and other platforms
• Manage posting schedules and platform best practices
• Own performance tracking derive insights and optimize accordingly
• Interface with clients for strategy presentations, feedback, and campaign planning
• Collaborate on influencer outreach, moment marketing, and UGC strategy
• Contribute to in-house content ideas for Birthdays own page

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience managing brand social media at an agency or in-house
• Excellent command over written English and content writing
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and reels
• Strategic mind-set can balance creativity with performance
• Strong aesthetic sense and experience working with design-heavy brand
• Confident in handling clients and working independently with leadership.
