Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Retail housing finance.
DSA, HL & Builder Experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of loan documentation process.
