Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Marketing for our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a solid understanding of the real estate market, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences.
Coordinate promotional activities, including advertising and public relations campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and online presence for real estate projects.
Prepare and analyze marketing reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Organize events and open houses to showcase properties.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-13 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
