experienced Social Media Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist based in Surat. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for SCANBO's social media platforms. Daily tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

✅ Develop and execute social media strategies

✅ Create content calendars & engaging copy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok & more)

✅ Manage campaigns, partnerships, and promotions

✅ Drive audience growth & engagement

✅ Track performance and provide insights

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills,Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
• Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Social Media / Copywriting (Editorial, PR, or Marketing background preferred)
