Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Associates located in Rajkot. Sales Associates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company products and services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, and collaboration with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Customer Service and Relationship Management abilities
• Basic knowledge of B2B marketplaces and trade processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
