Urgently Hiring Bench Sales Recruiters (Work from Office)

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3yrs-6yrs

Shift Time: 7.30PM IST - 4.30AM IST

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for

  marketing IT bench consultants

  (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to

  Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, or direct clients

  .
• Actively

  source new requirements

  from job portals (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn) and vendor networks.
• Develop strong relationships with

  vendors and clients

  to ensure consistent flow of job requirements.
• Understand consultants skill sets and

  match them to suitable job opportunities

  .
• Format and submit

  high-quality resumes

  to clients in a timely manner.
• Handle

  rate negotiation

  , scheduling interviews, and follow-ups with vendors/clients.
• Provide

  interview guidance and support

  to consultants for successful client interaction.
• Track and maintain

  daily submissions, interview schedules, and placement updates

  .
• Build and maintain a

  database of vendors and client contacts

  .
• Maintain strong communication with consultants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Should be flexible to

  work in night shifts

  (US time zone).

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years of experience in

  US IT Bench Sales

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of

  US Market, IT technologies and current trends.

• Familiar with

  US tax terms

  (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.).
• Proficiency in using job portals and social media platforms for sourcing and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be highly target-driven, energetic, and proactive.
