Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Care Executive Role
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to processes and achieve performance targets
Handle international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) and provide a world-class experience

Requirements:

Freshers (Undergrad/Graduate) with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
Experience in BPO (International Voice/Chat) or customer service is an advantage
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Shifts:

Rotational shifts
Rotational Offs
5 working days, 2 days off
