1. Partnering with the Hiring Managers in order to understand the department needs and source the right candidate.
2. To collaborate with the Managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies for non-IT roles.
3. Draft compelling job descriptions along with detailed specifications.
4. Source candidates from various channels including job boards, employee referrals and social media.
5. Screen resumes in order to identify qualified candidates.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
7. Build pipeline of potential candidates for future openings in order to meet long term staffing requirements.
8. Negotiate offers including benefits and compensation.
9. Maintain Recruitment tracker on a day-to-day basis for timely reporting.
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resource is preferred. Experienced candidate with good hiring experience without degree can also be considered.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in non-technical roles.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with job boards such as Naukri is a must for hiring.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
