Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

Finance Executive

Minimum Qualifications required: -

Job Title: - Finance Executive

Experience: -2-5years

Education Required: -

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA with finance background or Inter CA preferred.

Work Location: - Hyderabad (Madhapur).

Workdays: Monday to Friday. (Complete Work from Office role)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Record and reconcile transactions related to consultant billing, vendor payments, and payroll.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems like Zoho Books.

2. Billing & Revenue Management

  • Generate and process invoices for clients based on consultant timesheets and contractual terms.
  • Track billable hours and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate with the staffing and sales teams for billing accuracy and revenue forecasting.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Support management with MIS reports and budgeting activities.

4. Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, payroll taxes, and corporate filings.
  • Liaise with auditors and external consultants for statutory and internal audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and government audits.

5. Payroll Coordination

  • Support payroll processing for internal staff and external consultants.
  • Reconcile payroll entries and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.

6. Cash Flow & Banking

  • Manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund transfers.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor working capital requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    B.Com / M.Com / MBA with finance background or Inter CA preferred.
  • Experience:

    25 years of experience in accounting/finance; experience in

    IT staffing or service-based

    organizations preferred.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books).
    • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
    • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Face to face interviews at Office (Madhapur)

Need to work at least one Saturday
