Key responsibilities

Administrative management
: Handles complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence. Maintains organized records and manages the information flow to and from the executive.
Operational support
: Assists in managing projects, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and facilitating communication between the executive and other departments, including production and supply chain teams.
Internal and external liaison
: Acts as the main point of contact for employees, clients, and external partners, exhibiting professionalism and diplomacy.
Discretion
: Manages sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism, which is critical in competitive manufacturing environments.
Integrating social media responsibilities is an increasingly important duty.
Industry knowledge
: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and technical jargon is preferred. This enables the secretary to better anticipate the executive's needs and support specific projects.
Social media proficiency
: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and content strategies is essential, especially on B2B-focused networks like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.
Technological expertise
: Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools like Teams) and experience with enterprise software relevant to the manufacturing industry are beneficial.
Exceptional communication
