Urgent Hiring for - Collection Officer ( Chennai )

No of Openings : 20

Location : Chennai

Freshers Needed experience also okay

12th education Candidates also okay

Freshers salary : 12k to 15K

Experience : 18K + Incentives

Driving License Mandatory

Two wheeler Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage personal loan collections through field visits to customers' homes.
Conduct payment follow-ups with delinquent borrowers to recover outstanding amounts.
Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
Ensure timely submission of daily reports on collection activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in collections, preferably in personal loans or similar industries.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers at their homes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in payment collection processes, including payment follow-up techniques
