Role Objective

To drive project business growth for GM Modular by engaging, leveraging, and building strong partnerships within the JITO Business Network across three strategic cities. The role is both relationship-driven and business-focused, requiring a balance of networking skills, technical product knowledge, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Networking & Relationship Building

  • Represent GM Modular at JITO events, chapter meetings, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Establish deep connections with developers, builders, architects, contractors, and institutional buyers through JITO referrals.
  • Build trust and long-term business relationships in line with GM’s values of integrity and quality.

2. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify new project opportunities and generate leads directly through JITO contacts.
  • Convert referrals and introductions into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Present GM’s solutions—switches, lighting, automation, fans, switchgear—tailored to project requirements.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned regions.

3. Solution Selling & Account Management

  • Understand client requirements (aesthetic, functional, sustainability-driven).
  • Ensure seamless project execution—from specifications to delivery—with the support of technical and service teams.
  • Maintain strong post-sales engagement with JITO clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to design JITO-focused branding initiatives and visibility drives.
  • Partner with Product and R&D teams to provide feedback on trends and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and operations to ensure smooth execution of project commitments.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activity, emerging trends, and new opportunities within JITO and project ecosystems.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Provide

    monthly/quarterly business reports

    to the Sales leadership on progress, conversions, and key learnings.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate with PG in Sales and Marketing
  • 5–8 years of

    B2B / Project Sales experience
