Urgent Hiring Business Development Manager (Business Development NAPS/NATS Apprenticeship & Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end
lead generation and business development
in the Staffing Industry.
Acquire new clients for deployment of apprentices under
NAPS/NATS/Non-NAPS schemes
Build and maintain strong relationships with
plant HRs, production heads & MSMEs
Collaborate with BOAT, DGT, NSDC and other skill ecosystem partners
Prepare customized proposals, MoUs, and apprenticeship onboarding plans
Drive apprentice enrollment targets as per monthly and quarterly goals
Ensure post-deployment support, compliance and documentation

Key Skills Required:

Strong network in the
manufacturing/engineering/automobile industry
Hands-on knowledge of
NAPS/NATS guidelines, process & portals
Excellent
lead generation, client handling and negotiation
abilities
Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
Strong documentation, proposal writing & reporting skills

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (preferred)
Experience in
staffing, skilling, apprenticeship or HR solutions industry
