Urgent Hiring-Business Development Manager

Digisoft Solution are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in generating business through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
• Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage the full bidding process.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly with clients and internal tech teams.
• Collaborate with development teams across various tech stacks (Web, Mobile, UI/UX, Cloud, etc.).
• Handle client discussions, negotiations, and long-term relationship building.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a BD / bidding team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT sales & online bidding platforms.
• Must have hands-on expertise in Upwork and Fiverr is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of software development services & technology offerings.
• Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must have ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Experience in team management & performance tracking.
