What Will You Drive?

As a Business Analyst Pricing, you will play a key role in shaping Cars24s pricing strategies and driving

profitability. Your contributions will include:

• Analyzing used car pricing trends, demand elasticity, and buyer/seller behavior across regions.
• Developing and refining pricing models to optimize sell-through rates and margins.
• Collaborating with Product, Operations, and Category teams to implement dynamic pricing strategies.
• Conducting competitive benchmarking against marketplaces, OEMs, and dealer networks.
• Leveraging historical transaction data to evaluate pricing accuracy and enhance models.
• Creating forecasts, scenario analyses, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Presenting insights and recommendations through data-led storytelling to influence stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;

MBA/PGDM preferred.

• Experience: 24 years in pricing analytics, strategy, consulting, or marketplace operations.
• Skills:

Strong command of SQL and Excel; exposure to Python/R is an advantage.

Understanding of marketplace economics, pricing principles, and financial modeling.

Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and

collaborate effectively.

Mindset: Structured problem-solver with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven

decision-making.
