Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Urban Planner based in Sibsagar. The Urban Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing urban and regional planning strategies to ensure sustainable, effective land use and community development. Key tasks include conducting research, preparing technical reports, planning layouts, and collaborating with government and private stakeholders. The role demands active participation in environmental and land-use planning, as well as providing recommendations aligned with sustainable urban development objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Urban Planning and Regional Planning, with the ability to design and execute urban development strategies.
• Strong skills in Environmental Planning and Land Use Planning, with an understanding of sustainability principles and regulatory compliance.
• Relevant educational background, preferably in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or related disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in government or consultancy projects is highly desirable.
