Upwork Specialist (IT BDM)

As an Upwork Specialist (BDM) at IBR Infotech LLP, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our Upwork profile to drive sales growth for our IT services. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. You will be expected to handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to project closure, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile. - Identify, bid, and secure new business opportunities on Upwork. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions. - Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to project closure. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT business development, with expertise in Upwork. - Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Technical understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, and software solutions. - Proven track record of successfully securing and managing projects on Upwork.
