As an Upwork Specialist (BDM) at IBR Infotech LLP, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our Upwork profile to drive sales growth for our IT services. Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT business development, with expertise in Upwork. - Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Technical understanding of IT services such as web development, app development, and software solutions. - Proven track record of successfully securing and managing projects on Upwork.
