As an Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder / Lead Generation based in Dehradun, you will play a crucial role in our Business Development Team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms - Writing personalized proposals & responding to client queries - Understanding client requirements & coordinating with the internal team - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Meeting monthly lead and conversion targets To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding - Strong written & verbal communication skills (English) - Good understanding of IT services (Web/Mobile Development, SEO, Digital Marketing) - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset In addition to the above, we offer a Fixed Salary + Incentives ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 Per Month, a growth-oriented work culture, and a supportive team with a positive work environment.
