Upwork Bidder / Sales / Lead Generation

As an Upwork Bidder / Online Bidder / Lead Generation, you will be an integral part of the Business Development Team. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads, craft effective proposals, and convert them into long-term clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Your role will involve bidding on various freelancing platforms, writing personalized proposals, and addressing client queries. You will need to have a good grasp of client requirements, coordinate effectively with the internal team, and establish and nurture strong client relationships. Meeting monthly lead and conversion targets will be crucial for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in online bidding. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of IT services such as Web/Mobile Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing is required. A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset will be beneficial in meeting and exceeding the job expectations. In return, we offer a fixed salary with incentives in the range of 30,000 to 35,000 per month.
