As an Upwork Bid Specialist, you will be responsible for managing bid processes, preparing tenders, writing proposals, and handling all aspects of tender management. Your role will require effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Bid Processes and Tender Management, skills in Bid Preparation and Proposal Writing, excellent Communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is also desirable.
