About the Project

We are building a high-quality 8-player Team Deathmatch Multiplayer Game in Unreal Engine for mobile first, with future cross-platform expansion. We are looking for an Unreal Engine Expert who has strong experience in multiplayer systems, performance optimization, and gameplay architecture.

You will work with a dedicated team including gameplay programmers, UI developer, 3D artist, and concept artist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core gameplay systems in Unreal Engine
• Build and optimize multiplayer systems using Unreal Replication & Dedicated Server
• Implement combat, weapon mechanics, movement, respawn, scoring systems
• Work closely with team to convert game design into stable production features
• Optimize performance for mobile devices (Android/iOS)
• Handle replication, lag compensation, relevance, and server authority systems
• Collaborate with artists and designers to integrate assets and gameplay logic
• Debug, profile, and fix performance/networking issues
• Ensure scalable architecture for future cross-platform release

Required Skills

✔ Strong expertise in Unreal Engine (UE4 / UE5)
✔ Excellent C++ + Blueprints Hybrid Programming
✔ Mandatory experience with Multiplayer Networking / Replication / RPC
✔ Experience with Dedicated Server or Listen Server Architecture✔ Experience in mobile game optimization (FPS, memory, heat, bandwidth)
✔ Experience in gameplay programming (combat, movement, animation systems)✔ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills✔ Experience shipping at least one multiplayer game (preferred)

Bonus Advantage

➕ Experience with PlayFab / EOS / Firebase / AWS GameLift
➕ Experience with Team Deathmatch / Shooter mechanics➕ Knowledge of UI Systems (UMG)➕ Prior experience in competitive shooter games➕ Experience working in startup or fast-paced teams
