Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Training and Internship position. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as coordinating training sessions, assisting in human resource management, providing coaching to interns, and supporting the development and execution of training programs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR functions and will be an integral part of the HR team, helping to streamline HR processes and enhance team performance.

• Strong aptitude in Human Resources (HR) management
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passionate about HR and eager to learn
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
