Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with human resources activities such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks may include supporting HR management, helping develop and maintain HR policies, conducting routine administrative work, and ensuring effective communication within the team and across departments.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills, including HR Management
• Experience or knowledge in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
