Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a HR Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks in the Human Resources department, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The HR Intern will also assist in the development and implementation of HR management strategies. Additionally, the intern will provide support in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies knowledge
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
