Job Description Should have 2-5 years of experience in the telecom billing domain, mainly as a Kenan application admin. Should have a good understanding of Kenan architecture, telecom billing concepts, UNIX/Oracle/SQL, and shell scripting. Should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze code. Should be familiar with all flavors of Kenan deployment. Should be able to perform post-DB refresh activities in the environment by enabling GDPR (data security). Update passwords on Unix servers periodically. After non-core patch deployment, need to repoint templates to the respective environment. Should be able to perform basic sanity checks on the environment after patch installation, i.e., rating, invoicing, account creation, and service creation. Should be able to analyze logs and identify issues quickly. Should know about core and non-core patch deployment. Able to guide testers for test scenario execution.
