Unity Game Developer

As a Senior Game Developer at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks such as: - Designing, developing, and maintaining gameplay systems, mechanics, tools, and features in Unity, Unreal, C++, or C#. - Collaborating with game designers, artists, and other developers to implement engaging gameplay experiences. - Optimizing performance and memory usage for multiple platforms including PC, Console, and Mobile. - Debugging and fixing technical issues across the game pipeline. - Contributing to architectural decisions and system-level design. - Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring team members. - Ensuring the game meets quality standards and deadlines. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of professional game development experience. - Proficiency in Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints), or custom engines. - Strong understanding of game programming patterns, OOP, and real-time system design. - Experience shipping at least one title (mobile, console, or PC). - Familiarity with physics, animation, AI, UI, and input systems. - Experience working in an agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban). - Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred qualifications for the position include: - Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, Unreal Networking, etc.). - Knowledge of shaders, graphics pipelines, or VFX. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or game analytics. - Contributions to open-source or game jams.
