Unity Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION- UNITY DEVELOPER

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, design, and implement gameplay mechanics, features, and systems in Unity.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to bring game concepts to life, ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.
• Develop and optimize game mechanics, UI/UX elements, physics systems, and other core gameplay features.
• Integrate third-party plugins and tools to enhance the game's functionality and aesthetics.
• Work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of assets and features into the game.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain a high standard of code quality within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, glitches, and other technical issues throughout the development cycle.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in game development and Unity to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in game development using Unity, with a strong portfolio showcasing released games or interactive applications.
• Experience in both 3D and 2D game development in Unity3D.
• Proficiency in C# programming language and experience with object-oriented programming principles.
• Knowledge in any of these networking solutions using SmartFoxServer, Photon, Mirror, or Unity (a plus).
• Good knowledge of Mathematics and Physics (a plus).
• Experience with AR and VR game development (a plus).
• Experience in implementing APIs and utilizing third-party services.
• Familiarity with implementing and using Social Networking plugins (Facebook, Google+, etc.) or creating native iOS and Android plugins for Unity3D.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Knowledge of shader programming, AI programming, or networking is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
