We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Managers to promote and expand our general insurance business through the agency channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing assigned locations, onboarding and activating agents, and ensuring quality service delivery to both agents and customers. The role also involves the promotion and sale of insurance products across Motor, Health, and SME segments. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive general insurance sales through licensed agents by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in the allocated territory. Territory Expansion: Strategically develop and manage assigned locations to maximize insurance penetration and business growth. Agent Licensing & Activation: Recruit, license, train, and activate insurance agents to build a high-performing sales force. Agent/Customer Servicing: Ensure prompt and effective support for agents and customers, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
