Sales background (Insurance experienced Prefered)

on the Pay role of ICICI LOMBARD GIC PVT LTD

General Description of the Job :

Foster strong relationships across levels to achieve retention objectives.
Identify and assess current and future needs of employees, focusing on end-to-end processes, skills, and knowledge.
Design and implement comprehensive training and development plans.
Conduct effective orientation, and training sessions on process.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of orientation and report outcomes.
Provide continuous learning opportunities and ensure alignment with best practices and industry trends.
Stay updated with trends and innovations to enhance program quality.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong people management and team development capabilities
Project management and execution skills
Stakeholder management across internal and external teams
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis)

Education Requirements/ Skills

Any Graduate / MBA (Full Time)
Total experience 3+ years
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, negotiating, verbal & written communication skills
Strong computer knowledge and technical skills (Dialer, Excel, Word)
Strong People Management Skill
