Position description: Consistently achieve the Production with quality requirements by improving productivity, quality and cost targets through Total Employee Involvement
(TEI)
Primary Responsibilities:
  • 1.Safety management

    5.Direct pass improvements

    6.Productivity projects completion

    12.TPM tools deployment & implementation

    13.Early involvement in new product development

Education

Diploma Engineer or Graduate Engineer (Mechanical,Automobile,Production)

Experience

> 10 years of experience


Internal and External Interactions

Internal - Interactions with other units in Operations
External - CFT approach (Collabration with other function)


Key result measures / metrices

Reduce customer complaints (PPFR )

Reduce FQI & AQI complaints

Reduce internal customer complaints T4

Reduce Vehicle rework

Reduce consumables cost

Reduce scrap cost

Improve Conveyor utilization

Improve Employee productivity

Improve productivity ratio

Improve 5S score

Vehicle WIP control as per norms

Unit MPCP meausres review

TEI-QCC/SIT

Accidents (Minor /Major /Near miss /First aid)
