Unit Manager - Insurance

As a proactive and goal-oriented Unit Manager - Insurance, your role is to expand and strengthen the insurance business by enrolling and empowering existing NJ Wealth Mutual Fund distributors to be POSP (Point of Sales Person) or BQP (Business Qualified Person). Your responsibilities include strategic planning, relationship management, and achieving business targets through effective collaboration and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard existing NJ Wealth Mutual Fund partners as POSP or BQP to initiate and expand insurance-related business activities. - Explain the benefits, process, and scope of the POSP/BQP roles effectively to ensure partner enrollment. - Collaborate with Senior Managers to devise and implement strategies for the development of insurance products within the branch. - Drive and monitor progress on recruitment and insurance sales targets. - Build and nurture positive working relationships with partners to promote long-term business growth. - Provide support to the POSP / CIA to achieve their goals. - Focus on the promotion and sales of both Life and Non-Life Insurance products. - Ensure a thorough understanding of insurance products to guide and assist partners effectively. - Achieve recruitment targets for POSP/BQP roles. - Drive the sales and penetration of insurance products within the assigned branch/region. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
