Role & responsibilities

  • Unit Head is responsible to administer & lead a contact center site in its entirety in terms of Service Delivery Operations, Revenue Generation by supporting cross sales initiatives, and optimum utilization of Human Resources. Unit Head will ensure seamless day to day management of the site, and adherence to the laid compliance framework.
