Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Darjeeling Pulbazar. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of service, and handling any issues that arise. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, Staff Management, and Customer Service Skills in Budgeting, Financial Management, and Health and Safety Compliance Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Hotel Management Software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Show more Show less
