Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Kolkata. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business targets. Additionally, the Unit Manager will be tasked with implementing company policies, providing training and support to team members, and developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Knowledge of Health Insurance and Regulatory Compliance
• Analytical skills for Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
