Role Description

• Conduct

  in-depth research

  on socio-political, economic, and cultural issues of Bengal and India.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data from

  authentic sources

  (government reports, surveys, academic papers, etc.).
• Prepare

  fact-based reports, briefs, and presentations

  to support campaigns, policy analysis, and decision-making.
• Track

  emerging trends, public sentiment, and grassroots developments

  in key districts.
• Work closely with the strategy and content team to ensure research translates into impactful narratives.
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging format (charts, infographics, PPTs).

Qualifications

• Strong command of

  Bengali and English

  – both written and spoken.

• Excellent research and analytical skills

  – ability to separate fact from noise.
• Deep understanding of

  Bengal’s sociopolitical and cultural landscape

  .
• Proficiency in using online databases, government portals, and statistical data sources.
• Ability to work under deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong storytelling skills – turning data into insight, and insight into impact.
